Pricing questions techs actually ask
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. The estimate builder, the 153K-part catalog, and exploded-view diagrams (beta) are free with no card and no expiry. You only pay when you want saved customers (Tech Quote) or the full field-service app (Mobile Tech).
Do you really charge 0% platform fee on customer payments?
Yes. Stripe Connect handles the rails; their card fee is the only deduction (2.9% + 30¢ on cards, 0.8% on ACH capped at $5). Wrenchable takes nothing on top. The shop tools that charge "$0/mo + 1% per transaction" make that number disappear when you sit down with a calculator. We just don't.
What's the catch with pricing this low?
No catch. We don't profit on your customer payments, we don't sell your data, and you can export everything any time. It's cheap because it's built for one person, not a 12-bay shop with a sales team to pay for.
How much do the add-on modules cost?
Parts integration (live distributor pricing + stock + one-click ordering) is $20/mo on top of any plan. Mr. Tod tech support pricing is being finalized for launch — email hello@wrenchable.io to be first in line.
Can I bring my data over from Shopmonkey / Jobber?
Yes. A Shopmonkey importer (jobs, customers, vehicles) works today; Jobber + Markate are next. Spreadsheets we'll hand-walk during the free trial — email support@wrenchable.io.
What does the annual discount get me?
